  • Coach management in the effective use of leadership tools
  • Support hiring processes, especially for management-level positions
  • Plan, steer, and support performance management processes
  • Optimize and implement HR tools, processes, and internal policies
  • Conduct regular analyses of HR data and derive actionable insights
  • Participate in management meetings on HR topics and reporting
  • Build a trusting, collaborative relationship with the works council
  • Lead or participate in various HR projects
  • Support and implement restructuring initiatives
  • Facilitate organizational development measures and advise on change management
  • Conduct workshops with management participation
