- Responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of employees

Requirements
- Oversee and guide a team of employees to achieve organizational goals
- Advise employees and management on all operational people-related matters
- Provide comprehensive counsel to leadership on strategic HR topics, such as workforce planning, recruiting, talent and organizational development
- Coach management in the effective use of leadership tools
- Support hiring processes, especially for management-level positions
- Plan, steer, and support performance management processes
- Optimize and implement HR tools, processes, and internal policies
- Conduct regular analyses of HR data and derive actionable insights
- Participate in management meetings on HR topics and reporting
- Build a trusting, collaborative relationship with the works council
- Lead or participate in various HR projects
- Support and implement restructuring initiatives
- Facilitate organizational development measures and advise on change management
- Conduct workshops with management participation
