About the role

  • Own global sales communication strategies and plans and drive execution through team and regional/practice counterparts
  • Serve as liaison/representative to the Finance and Marketing organizations
  • Partner with extended regional and practice counterparts to shape and deliver the Sales Talent and Engagement agenda
  • Manage the budget for all SS&I centers of excellence
  • Actively drive agendas, content, and presenters for internal meetings, such as the SS&I All-hands
  • Support leadership with developing sales talent strategies, including shaping the Sales Culture within the company, and refining our SS&I operating model

Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience handling and resolving complex multi-functional issues
  • 5+ years of people management or team leadership
  • 3+ years of budgetary management experience
  • Open to minimal travel to support events
  • Open to working flexible hours as team is globally diverse
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of working within a matrixed global organization
  • Ability to persuade, negotiate and influence key stakeholders
  • Excellent ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business.
