Senior Manager, Sales Talent & Engagement
NTTSenior Manager managing global sales communications and internal processes at NTT DATA. Liaising with Finance and Marketing to drive Sales Talent and Engagement initiatives while managing budgets.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own global sales communication strategies and plans and drive execution through team and regional/practice counterparts
- Serve as liaison/representative to the Finance and Marketing organizations
- Partner with extended regional and practice counterparts to shape and deliver the Sales Talent and Engagement agenda
- Manage the budget for all SS&I centers of excellence
- Actively drive agendas, content, and presenters for internal meetings, such as the SS&I All-hands
- Support leadership with developing sales talent strategies, including shaping the Sales Culture within the company, and refining our SS&I operating model
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years’ experience handling and resolving complex multi-functional issues
- 5+ years of people management or team leadership
- 3+ years of budgetary management experience
- Open to minimal travel to support events
- Open to working flexible hours as team is globally diverse
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of working within a matrixed global organization
- Ability to persuade, negotiate and influence key stakeholders
- Excellent ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business.
