About the role
- Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function.
- Directly handle critical and senior roles, including B2B Sales in IT Services.
- Manage end-to-end hiring for critical, senior, niche, and urgent roles.
- Evaluate Sales candidates on various capabilities related to IT services.
- Manage candidate experience and oversee offer strategy and negotiation.
- Lead, coach, and develop the TA team.
- Provide insights on talent supply, salary benchmarks, and competition.
- Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
- Deliver regular hiring reports to HR Director and APAC TA Manager.
Requirements
- Must-have 5–7 years of TA experience, including 2–3 years in leadership.
- Strong experience hiring senior/technical roles in IT.
- Effective stakeholder management and understanding of local talent markets.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proven experience recruiting B2B Sales roles for IT Services and Application Services.
- Ability to assess Sales competencies (pipeline management, quota history, hunting capability, consultative selling, technical understanding).
- Knowledge of IT Sales compensation structures.
- Strong network across IT vendors, SIs, consulting firms, and cloud providers.
- Ability to advise on Sales hiring strategies for regional markets.
- Nice-to-have Experience in Employer Branding, TA Marketing, ATS/HRIS, or recruitment analytics.
