About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Directly handle critical and senior roles, including B2B Sales in IT Services.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring for critical, senior, niche, and urgent roles.
  • Evaluate Sales candidates on various capabilities related to IT services.
  • Manage candidate experience and oversee offer strategy and negotiation.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the TA team.
  • Provide insights on talent supply, salary benchmarks, and competition.
  • Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns.
  • Deliver regular hiring reports to HR Director and APAC TA Manager.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must-have 5–7 years of TA experience, including 2–3 years in leadership.
  • Strong experience hiring senior/technical roles in IT.
  • Effective stakeholder management and understanding of local talent markets.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Proven experience recruiting B2B Sales roles for IT Services and Application Services.
  • Ability to assess Sales competencies (pipeline management, quota history, hunting capability, consultative selling, technical understanding).
  • Knowledge of IT Sales compensation structures.
  • Strong network across IT vendors, SIs, consulting firms, and cloud providers.
  • Ability to advise on Sales hiring strategies for regional markets.
  • Nice-to-have Experience in Employer Branding, TA Marketing, ATS/HRIS, or recruitment analytics.
