About the role

  • Acquire new customers and strategically develop existing accounts — with a clear focus on cybersecurity and services
  • Position NTT DATA Security Services with Cisco technologies
  • Manage the entire sales process — from needs analysis to closing
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and translate business and IT requirements into security strategies
  • Develop go-to-market campaigns and proactively target the market
  • Work closely with Cisco and internal teams to develop tailored solutions
  • Represent NTT DATA at webinars, customer workshops and events
  • Ensure smooth handover to delivery

Requirements

  • Several years of experience selling IT or cybersecurity solutions, ideally with Cisco Security
  • Proven success in building and expanding customer relationships and closing complex deals
  • Understanding of current security trends such as Zero Trust, cloud security, AI-driven defense and resilience
  • Strong communication and consulting skills with technical and business stakeholders (IT leadership, CISO, procurement)
  • Hunter mentality, self-initiative and a structured, goal-oriented working style
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Degree in business, IT or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Certifications in solution selling, SPIN or comparable sales methodologies are a plus
  • Cisco or other relevant security certifications are desirable
