About the role
- Use expertise to pursue and secure qualified leads
- Work closely with Client Management team and other departments
- Generate own pipeline and opportunities within assigned client base
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and present tailored solutions
- Contribute to the pre-sales process by working with pre-sales architects
- Build strong, lasting relationships with clients
- Help define and execute sales strategies
- Articulate client solutions that focus on deliverables rather than products
- Prepare and conduct engaging workshops and presentations
- Personalize recommendations and drive sales processes smoothly to closure
Requirements
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales and financial goals
- Excellent ability to deliver engaging sales presentations
- Proficiency in a team-selling approach to maximize opportunities
- Thorough knowledge of competitors and the ability to employ successful sales strategies
- Advanced negotiation skills to craft beneficial solutions for customers, partners, and the organization
- Extensive sales experience in a technology or services environment, especially in IT Managed Services
- Strong skills in building and nurturing meaningful customer relationships up to the senior leadership level
- Ability to define and execute sales strategies with a client-centric approach
- Flexibility to adapt to new missions or urgent deadlines quickly
- Bachelor's degree in information technology/systems, sales, or a related field
- Industry/Vendor sales certifications required.
