About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with preparation and organization of Architectural and Engineering (A/E) documentation
Support the review and coordination of design drawings and specifications
Help track project design schedules, deliverables, and documentation workflows
Coordinate internal and consultant meetings and document key action items and design decisions
Provide administrative support for consultant contracts, scopes of work, and invoices
Maintain accurate project files and documentation on shared platforms
Assist with research and preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and consultant selections
Support quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) efforts by tracking document revisions
Communicate with project teams to ensure accurate information exchange between design and construction groups
Participate in coordination meetings with cross-functional teams (construction, procurement, operations)
Assist in preparing presentation materials and reports for management review
Gain familiarity with company design standards and help document lessons learned for continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field or equivalent experience
2–4 years of professional experience in design, construction, or related industries
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Working knowledge of Bluebeam, Autocad/Autodesk, Revit and/or other BIM or design software is strongly preferred
Basic understanding of architectural and engineering design processes
Ability to read and interpret design drawings and technical specifications
