About the role
- Gather, analyze, and summarize data and key metrics for sites under evaluation
- Track and manage key underwriting changes through the deal cycle
- Evaluate building or campus expected performance against business cases
- Develop sensitivity analyses on key assumptions for business case performance
- Prepare power point presentations to communicate the results of analyses
- Manage and update high-level underwriting modeling templates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or related field required
- Minimum of 3 years real estate or finance experience
- Financial modeling experience is required
- Strong understanding of financial performance metrics, underwriting and investment structuring
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Word, PowerBI, and Outlook
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
