Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance or related field required
Minimum of 3 years real estate or finance experience
Financial modeling experience is required
Strong understanding of financial performance metrics, underwriting and investment structuring
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Word, PowerBI, and Outlook
Ability to work with all levels of the organization
