Serve as the primary technical owner of the Conga Contract Lifecycle Management platform
Administer and maintain Conga CLM, including user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and licensing
Monitor system health, troubleshoot CLM issues, and manage platform configuration
Maintain and prioritize enhancements with business stakeholders
Coordinate regression testing and deployment validation for releases
Oversee all CLM integrations, maintaining documentation and alignment with internal IT teams
Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and support change management

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
3–5+ years of Conga CLM and Salesforce administration experience
Strong Salesforce platform knowledge (security model, custom objects, APIs, workflows)
Hands-on experience with integrations (APIs, ETL tools, webhooks)
Familiarity with Legal operations or contract lifecycle processes
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across multi-system environments
