- Gathers and analyzes as-built schedule data
- Establishes a centralized database for benchmarking and trend analysis
- Ensures data quality and standardization across projects
- Evaluates and recommends improvements to scheduling processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in construction scheduling, including schedule development, analysis, and performance reporting
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (MSP)
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Familiarity with the Primavera P6 SQL database structure
- Strong analytical skills to work with datasets
- Understanding of scheduling metrics and KPIs
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with industry scheduling best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
