About the role
- Acting as main contact for incidents and service requests
- Solving incidents following existing documentation
- Call Handling (inbound and outbound calls)
- Providing accurate information to infrastructure support teams
- Monitoring the availability and error messages of IT systems
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical/non-technical fields (nice to have)
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer support or call centers
- Strong problem solving and research skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written German and English
