About the role

  • Act as one of the quality champions of an agile team, responsible for maintaining high development quality standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in enhancing overall software quality
  • Work with other Manual testers, QA Lead, Developers and Business Analysts to meet business objectives
  • Design, develop, execute, and maintain test plans and cases for our CRMs based Salesforce and MuleSoft tech leading platforms
  • Ability to develop comprehensive test plans that cover functional, integration, system, and regression testing
  • Expertise in creating detailed test cases and test scripts aligned with business requirements
  • Experience in defect tracking and using tools like JIRA or similar for reporting and documenting issues
  • Comprehensive understanding of QA methodologies and best practices in a Salesforce and MuleSoft environment
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques, especially in the context of Salesforce applications
  • Create and maintain documentation of delivered artefacts

Requirements

  • University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience with manual testing
  • Proven experience as a QA in complex business environments with multiple integrated systems
  • Strong expertise in functional testing and API testing
  • Hands-on experience with test case creation, execution, and defect tracking (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools)
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test cases
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers
  • Experience working within Agile, DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices
  • Familiarity with CRM business processes related to retail sales for automotive industry is a plus
  • Knowledge in using or administering Salesforce / MuleSoft platform is a plus
  • Knowledge of automation testing concepts is a plus
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills
