About the role
- Support all project activity from scope, implementation, through post-launch and closure.
- Support resource management, governance, activities tracking and communication with stakeholders.
- Proactively identify, articulate, and manage risks through collaboration with internal and client project teams.
- Develop project timelines and manage all required artifacts related to risk management, etc.
- Prepare and present project status updates to Business and IT sponsors/stakeholders.
- Liaison between project team and Business.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management with at least 3 years of specific experience as SAP Project Manager/PMO.
- Must have experience in at least one (1) end to end S/4 HANA implementations and knowledge of the Activate methodology.
- Experience in review of BBP documents, developing test, cutover and post go-live plans.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams (onsite, nearshore and offshore).
- Must have strong analytical skills, be team-oriented with excellent coordination and time management skills.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables.
- Good hands-on experience on Jira, MS Project & MS office suite (Excel & PowerPoint).
