Collaborate with internal senior leadership/executive stakeholders to set services go-to-market strategy and drive client-led business value solutions
Create business value for clients through the company's Managed Services/Services portfolio and drive development and execution of go-to-market Managed Services/Services strategy
Oversee services sales team(s) and drive a collaborative, innovative team culture focused on strategic and operational excellence
Conceptualize and operationalize dual solid reporting across geographies and enable visibility between group and regional strategy
Drive open dialogue, communication and best practice sharing across regions and service units
Contribute to and ensure implementation of annual capacity planning and develop/manage revenue budgeting
Advise on incentive design for Managed Services/Services teams and cascade high level targets
Collaborate with go-to-market peers to ensure smooth operating model across sales initiatives
Build and communicate Managed Services/Services business projections and coordinate work towards achievement
Ensure commercial deal desk is optimized and fit for purpose
Drive Managed Services/Services sales and manage overall profit and loss including revenue, operating profit and TCV GP of bookings
Ensure regional and country alignment to Managed Services/Services strategy and assume people and resource management accountabilities
Requirements
Substantial knowledge across Enterprise Architecture, Managed Services, Service Management consulting, and multiple solutions areas (Business Units)
Ability to lead and build collaborative teams through strong coaching and mentoring skills with a strong sense of accountability
Substantial knowledge of strategy development, market planning, scenario planning, and market modelling
A combination of strategic and pragmatic skills, including strong strategic product marketing abilities and hands-on tactical involvement
Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills to engage senior stakeholders
Substantial business and financial acumen to drive business outcomes and achieve revenue growth
Substantial business negotiation skills, influence, conflict resolution, and political savvy
Substantial vendor relationship experience
Demonstrate excellent presentation skills and formidable client orientation aptitude
Substantial knowledge in the services industry, service delivery models, process improvements, consumption models and multiple Managed Services/Services portfolios and go-to-market solution areas
Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or a related field (Advanced degree such as an MBA highly advantageous)
Certification and working knowledge of ITIL, Service Management and Integration preferred
Scaled Agile certification is desirable
Substantial experience in a similar senior leadership role, preferably within a global technology services organization
Substantial sales strategic planning and execution experience
Substantial experience coordinating the design and implementation of new delivery models in a globally federated delivery organization
Substantial client engagement, consulting, business development and pre-sales experience
Substantial experience in a leadership role managing quota bearing sales teams
