Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure clients' cloud infrastructure runs smoothly
  • Proactively monitor and resolve cloud-based incidents
  • Handle second-line support for medium complexity incidents
  • Update tickets and resolve incidents in a timely manner
  • Identify and analyze issues to prevent client impact
  • Lead client escalations for operational issues
  • Contribute to change management process
  • Plan and execute approved maintenance activities
  • Audit and analyze incident tickets for quality
  • Collaborate with automation teams to optimize efforts
  • Coach Service desk and L1 teams on technical skills

Requirements

  • Experience in Windows Server Administration
  • Experience in Linux Server Administration
  • Experience in Virtualization Administration
  • Experience in Server Hardware and Storage Administration
  • Moderate experience in managed services
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of management agents and redundancy concepts
  • Strong planning skills
