About the role
- Ensure clients' cloud infrastructure runs smoothly
- Proactively monitor and resolve cloud-based incidents
- Handle second-line support for medium complexity incidents
- Update tickets and resolve incidents in a timely manner
- Identify and analyze issues to prevent client impact
- Lead client escalations for operational issues
- Contribute to change management process
- Plan and execute approved maintenance activities
- Audit and analyze incident tickets for quality
- Collaborate with automation teams to optimize efforts
- Coach Service desk and L1 teams on technical skills
Requirements
- Experience in Windows Server Administration
- Experience in Linux Server Administration
- Experience in Virtualization Administration
- Experience in Server Hardware and Storage Administration
- Moderate experience in managed services
- Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow
- Knowledge of management agents and redundancy concepts
- Strong planning skills
- Ability to communicate across cultures
- Active listening skills
