About the role

  • Ensure clients' cloud infrastructure runs smoothly
  • Proactively monitor and resolve cloud-based incidents
  • Handle second-line support for medium complexity incidents

  • Knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of management agents and redundancy concepts
  • Strong planning skills
