About the role

  • Work with business representatives to identify high-impact AI use cases across key business functions.
  • Develop and maintain AI initiative roadmaps, aligned to both near-term priorities and long-term transformation goals.
  • Act as the internal product owner for AI initiatives, ensuring solutions meet business needs and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the ANZ Transformation Office to streamline or redesign existing business processes.
  • Support internal communication and change management efforts to promote AI literacy and adoption.

Requirements

  • Experience leading or supporting AI, data, or digital transformation projects in large organizations.
  • Proven ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders, manage ambiguity, and drive delivery of complex initiatives.
  • Strong business analysis and product ownership skills – able to translate business needs into structured opportunities.
  • Understanding of the ethical, legal, and risk considerations surrounding AI deployment.
  • Familiarity with how AI and data solutions are used in business, even if not deeply technical.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Data, or related discipline; MBA or equivalent preferred.
