About the role
- Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Teams and voice solutions
- Manage and support the VoIP backbone
- Provision, configure, and troubleshoot managed phones and ATA devices
- Monitor system health and resolve incidents
- Collaborate with internal Teams and vendors
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance
- Mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Proven experience with Microsoft Teams, Audiocodes SBCs
- Strong understanding of VoIP backbone architecture
- Experience with managed phones and ATA devices
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- 7+ years in unified communications or voice engineering roles
- Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate (preferred)
- Audiocodes Certified Professional (desirable)
