About the role

  • Provides operational support for reorganization activities (file share restructuring, rights adjustments) and eDiscovery requests within Windows File Services and NAS environments
  • Ensures timely execution of approved changes, compliance with governance standards, and accurate documentation
  • Processes eDiscovery requests by locating, extracting, and delivering data in compliance with legal and security requirements
  • Maintains audit-ready documentation for all activities, including evidence of execution and approvals
  • Communicates effectively with stakeholders in German and English for request clarification and status updates
  • Coordinates with IN technical teams (Storage and Application) for execution of complex changes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
  • Mandatory: ITIL v4 Foundation
  • Hands-on experience with file share management and rights administration
  • Experience handling legal/eDiscovery requests in enterprise environments
