About the role

  • Responsible for the design, implementation, and support of enterprise voice and collaboration solutions
  • Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Teams and voice solutions
  • Manage and support the VoIP backbone
  • Provision, configure, and troubleshoot managed phones and ATA devices
  • Monitor system health, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve incidents
  • Collaborate with internal Teams and vendors
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Teams, Audiocodes SBCs (Mediant series), and OVOC
  • Strong understanding of VoIP backbone architecture, SIP trunking, and PSTN integration
  • Experience with managed phones and ATA devices
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
  • 3+ years in unified communications or voice engineering roles
  • Academic qualifications: Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate (preferred), Audiocodes Certified Professional (desirable)
