About the role

  • Responsible for the design, implementation, and support of enterprise voice and collaboration solutions
  • Design, deploy, and maintain Cisco CUCM voice solutions
  • Manage and support the VoIP backbone
  • Provision, configure, and troubleshoot managed phones and ATA devices
  • Monitor system health and resolve incidents
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors
  • Mentor junior team members

Requirements

  • 7+ years in unified communications or voice engineering roles
  • Proven experience with Cisco CUCM, Audiocodes SBCs (Mediant series), and OVOC
  • Strong understanding of VoIP backbone architecture, SIP trunking, and PSTN integration
  • Experience with managed phones and ATA devices
  • Cisco CCNP Collaboration (preferred)
  • Audiocodes Certified Professional (desirable)
