About the role
- Serve as the primary interface between senior business leaders and consulting/technical teams.
- Focus on understanding client business challenges and proposing tailored consulting and IT solutions.
- Engage directly with Japanese, global, and Vietnamese enterprises operating in Vietnam.
- Independently approach senior stakeholders, secure appointments, and lead structured discussions.
- Collaborate with consultants, pre-sales specialists, and engineering teams to design solution architectures.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closing.
- Prepare bilingual proposals and communication materials in Japanese and Vietnamese.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of consultative or solution-based sales experience in IT, consulting, ERP/CRM, or digital transformation.
- Proven ability to engage directly with business-side leadership, including department managers, directors, and CxO-level executives.
- Experience proposing solutions in at least one domain: Sales/Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain/Logistics/Procurement, Finance/Accounting.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with consultants, pre-sales, and engineering teams.
- Ability to independently develop leads and secure appointments with Japanese, global, and Vietnamese companies.
- Native-level Vietnamese and business-level Japanese (N2 or higher) for meetings and proposal preparation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset with strong ownership and the ability to open new accounts.
- Optional but valuable: Experience with ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics), or other enterprise systems.
- Prior experience working with Japanese clients or in a Japanese corporate environment.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes or supply chain operations.
- Existing network with Japanese or multinational companies in Vietnam.
- English proficiency is a plus.
