About the role

  • Responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of Managed Services across France and Luxembourg.
  • Ensure alignment with Group strategy, drive client satisfaction, and lead a high-performing management team to deliver best-in-class services.
  • Define the vision, objectives, and roadmap for Managed Services in France and Luxembourg.
  • Represent the MS FRALUX organization within the Group and to external stakeholders.
  • Serve as the final escalation point and arbitrator for major issues (client, operational, or resource conflicts).
  • Manage the budget and profit & loss account for the MS FRALUX entity.
  • Oversee the delivery of services, ensuring compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, initiating corrective or continuous improvement actions as needed.
  • Directly supervise the Managers of Client Delivery Management (CDM) FRA/LUX and Governance & Excellence Manager.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Managed Services or a similar technology services environment, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing P&L, driving operational excellence, and delivering profitable growth.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles and best practices.
  • Experience managing teams across multiple countries or regions is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to quickly adjust to changing environments and take on new challenges. Proven experience in leading and supporting organizational change in complex settings.
  • Capacity to understand, manage, and leverage one’s own emotions and those of others to foster collaboration, problem-solving, and effective leadership.
  • Fluent in English and French.
