About the role
- Develop and implement high-impact Global Sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to assess environments and define requirements
- Lead Global Sourcing events and manage supplier relationships
- Negotiate and manage global supplier agreements
- Monitor global supplier performance and cost metrics
Requirements
- 10+ years of seasoned global experience in the category field and procurement/strategic sourcing
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master's degree a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM)
- Expertise in cost-benefit analysis
- Advanced negotiation capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Hands-on experience with procurement platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, CRM systems)
