About the role
- Development of holistic target architectures and transformation roadmaps based on our clients’ business strategies
- Derivation of concrete, actionable solution architectures for delivery teams, lead developers and solution architects
- Close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders up to C‑level
- Definition of architecture visions, principles, blueprints and governance models across business, application, data and technology layers
- Coaching and coordination of architects in project and sales contexts
- Monitoring relevant technology and market trends in the financial services environment
Requirements
- Completed degree in IT or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in regulated industries such as banking or insurance
- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture
- Solid experience with enterprise architecture standards and methods such as TOGAF, ArchiMate, SAFe, COBIT, arc42 or comparable approaches
- Deep expertise in multiple domains, e.g., Cloud & Hybrid IT, Application Modernization, DevOps, Security, platform or integration architectures
- Experience with industry-standard core systems and integration patterns in the financial services domain
- Strong consulting, communication and presentation skills in German and English
