IT Business Analyst – Digital Transformation
NteractiveIT Business Analyst managing digital transformation initiatives for global technology clients. Collaborating on project strategy and optimizing operational processes for significant improvements.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build a comprehensive inventory of systems, tools, trackers and documents used across the account
- Map data flows, ownership, system dependencies and operational handoffs
- Analyse end-to-end workflows and identify inefficiencies, duplicated effort and manual processes
- Develop detailed process maps and operational documentation across multiple workstreams
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, process redesign and system optimisation
- Evaluate existing tools and recommend future-state solutions
- Quantify operational impact, effort savings and business benefits
- Support the development of scalable, sustainable processes and ways of working
- Partner closely with Nteractive's AI Solutions Engineer to identify practical AI opportunities
- Explore solutions that reduce manual administration, improve data accessibility and streamline workflows
- Support the testing, validation and implementation of AI-enabled processes
- Produce clear business requirements, user stories and functional specifications
- Develop options appraisals, including costs, risks, integrations and implementation considerations
- Collaborate with senior leaders, operational teams and external partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven IT Business Analyst experience, ideally within operational, delivery or transformation environments
- Strong process mapping, workflow analysis and requirements gathering expertise
- Experience supporting and delivering digital transformation initiatives
- Demonstrable change management and stakeholder engagement experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, facilitation and documentation abilities
- Experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies, including SharePoint and related platforms
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar
- Experience working with AI, automation or workflow optimisation tools (Desirable)
- Experience within events, marketing, agency or sponsorship environments (Desirable)
- Familiarity with platforms such as RainFocus, Monday.com, Power BI or creative proofing tools (Desirable)
- Business Analysis, Change Management or Agile certifications (BCS, AgilePM, Prosci or similar) (Desirable)
