Senior Account Manager, Sponsorship Sales
NteractiveSenior Sales Account Manager selling in-person, digital, and content sponsorship solutions for global events agency. Focused on long-term sponsor relationships and revenue growth.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas across a portfolio of sponsor accounts and providing seamless end-to-end delivery across events
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting and maintain daily CRM updates
- Build strong relationships with sponsors to understand their business goals and sponsorship needs
- Support sponsor G2M strategies through event and experiential opportunities
- Manage client and sponsor communications, sharing sales materials, prospectus information, opportunities, and benefits
- Partner with internal business units to build target lists, manage and regularly report on progress
- Work closely with colleagues to create additional custom and commercially valuable sponsorship experiences
- Become a trusted “voice of the sponsor,” helping event and client teams adopt a sponsor-first mindset that improves attendee experiences
- Lead and support project teams, providing day-to-day guidance where appropriate
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience in Sponsorship Sales as an Account Manager within a similar size events agency environment
- Proven experience managing forecasting, sales tracking, and opportunity pipelines
- Strong experience developing sponsorship packages and commercial opportunities
- Confidence managing multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously
- Strong financial and business knowledge with experience in contract management
- Advanced Excel skills and strong general ICT capability
- Experience generating, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
- Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service mindset and client-focused approach
- A proactive, motivated, and collaborative approach with a can-do mindset
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and across multiple time zones
