Administer Human Resources activities such as hiring, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics reporting
Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency
Maintain accurate records in the HRIS and ensure data integrity across systems
Ensure labor law compliance and that HR practices align with federal, state, and local regulations across all jurisdictions
Assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual creation of a strategic sourcing plan for Ntara departments
Maintain knowledge of the latest legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure company compliance
Partner with executive leadership team to review personnel turnover report quarterly and assist in identifying opportunities to increase retention
Evaluate and implement recruitment best practices including sourcing, applicant funnel analysis, assessment, background checks, and hiring
Conduct preliminary interviews and scoring for assigned positions and manage candidate tracking in ATS
Plan and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding
Lead workshops with management on interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, safety, and sexual harassment
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs and recommend resolutions to employee relations issues
Coordinate quarterly review program and facilitate salary administration to ensure compliance and equity
Conduct exit interviews and identify retention opportunities
Work with senior leadership to develop and refine job descriptions and streamline interview questions
Work closely with marketing on Ntara branding and recruiting initiatives
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Plan and book travel for some employees, including domestic and international travel
Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or another relevant discipline
Preferably, a minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in Human Resources
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Tech-savvy professional with knowledge of HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs). BambooHR preferred.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Demonstrated experience in national labor law compliance and multi-state HR practices. Global HR experience is a plus.
Proficient in administering employee benefits programs; prior experience in benefit review and selection preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Demonstrated understanding of HR related legislation, practices, processes, programs, and technology
Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Commitment and passion for recruitment and a focus in hiring quality candidates
Focus on accountability and achieving recruitment and retention goals
Problem-solving and conflict resolution experience
