About the role

  • Manage payroll, hires, terminations, vacations/leave, payroll taxes, and legal obligations.
  • Ensure labor and social security compliance and adherence to collective bargaining agreements.
  • Lead the Personnel Department team, setting priorities, KPIs, and quality standards.
  • Act as technical owner for the use and process improvements of the Senior system.
  • Coordinate complex payroll closings and statutory filings such as eSocial, EFD-Reinf, and DCTFWeb.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization, especially in a Shared Services Center (CSC) environment.
  • Support internal departments, audits, and leadership on labor-related matters.
  • Manage system transfers and company integrations.

Requirements

  • Experience managing the Personnel Department in large organizations with multiple CNPJs (legal entities).
  • Experience with workforces exceeding 5,000 employees and high turnover.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Senior system.
  • Strong command of labor legislation and personnel/HR routines.
  • Experience with eSocial and other statutory reporting obligations.
  • Experience in labor union relations.
  • Organized, analytical, resilient leader with a process-oriented approach and the ability to operate in high-complexity, high-volume environments.
