About the role
- Manage payroll, hires, terminations, vacations/leave, payroll taxes, and legal obligations.
- Ensure labor and social security compliance and adherence to collective bargaining agreements.
- Lead the Personnel Department team, setting priorities, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Act as technical owner for the use and process improvements of the Senior system.
- Coordinate complex payroll closings and statutory filings such as eSocial, EFD-Reinf, and DCTFWeb.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization, especially in a Shared Services Center (CSC) environment.
- Support internal departments, audits, and leadership on labor-related matters.
- Manage system transfers and company integrations.
Requirements
- Experience managing the Personnel Department in large organizations with multiple CNPJs (legal entities).
- Experience with workforces exceeding 5,000 employees and high turnover.
- Advanced knowledge of the Senior system.
- Strong command of labor legislation and personnel/HR routines.
- Experience with eSocial and other statutory reporting obligations.
- Experience in labor union relations.
- Organized, analytical, resilient leader with a process-oriented approach and the ability to operate in high-complexity, high-volume environments.
