About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build strong relationships within partnered clinics
  • Own your enrollment goals—track key metrics and drive program growth
  • Educate patients and clinic teams on benefits of RPM and CCM
  • Collaborate with care teams to implement effective processes
  • Ensure smooth patient onboarding and ongoing engagement
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years of consultative sales, patient enrollment, or relationship-driven outreach experience
  • Demonstrated mastery in building authentic professional relationships
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems or similar platforms is a plus
  • Fluency in English required
  • Healthcare, medical, or clinic-based experience is strongly preferred.
