Sales Development Representative, SDR

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up and professional communication
- Educate potential customers on Nsure's revenue cycle automation platform and the impact it can have on their organization's bottom line
- Team up with Sales and Marketing to develop and refine winning outreach strategies and messaging
- Track all sales activities and maintain clean, accurate pipeline data in our CRM system
- Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives
- Meet or exceed activity metrics and pipeline generation goals
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience (healthcare or SaaS experience is a massive plus)
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills – you build rapport and trust effortlessly
- Strong organizational and time management skills – you can manage a high volume of outbound calls and appointment setting like a pro
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset – you thrive on results
- Proficient in CRM software and sales engagement tools – you keep your pipeline spotless
- Experience in B2B cold calling – rejection doesn't slow you down
- Coachable and open to feedback in a fast-moving environment
