About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary point of contact for immigration-related queries, providing clear, timely, and empathetic guidance
- Support employees and candidates through complex and often sensitive processes with professionalism and care
- Ensure individuals understand timelines, requirements, and next steps to reduce uncertainty
- Manage difficult or high-stakes conversations with composure and compassion
- Take end-to-end ownership of day-to-day case management across the US and/or international jurisdictions
- Provide guidance on complex immigration matters in partnership with external legal counsel
- Maintain accurate reporting and ensure compliance obligations are met
- Proactively identify risks and implement solutions
- Collaborate with People, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and business leaders
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree in a related field
- 3+ years of US and/or international immigration experience (in-house or service provider)
- Strong knowledge of US and/or global immigration frameworks
- Experience managing cases in partnership with external legal counsel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- High attention to detail and sound judgment
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
- A solutions-focused mindset with strong accountability
