About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Lead data validation and compliance processes.
  • Produce analyses and visualizations for national management teams and donors.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced degree in Information Management, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar information management, data management, or M&E role with a strong technical component (preferably in the humanitarian or development sector).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle a heavy workload and to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Strong team spirit, ability to foster collaborative dynamics and to coach and build the capacity of colleagues.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, proactivity, and a strong sense of initiative.
  • Fluency in French (spoken and written); knowledge of English (spoken and written) is a significant asset.
  • Knowledge of humanitarian sectors such as food security, CCCM, and humanitarian mediation is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of database audit mechanisms, consistency checks, and information triangulation.
  • Solid experience in configuring, maintaining, and analyzing data on the DHIS2 platform.
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas), and competency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Advanced skills in Power BI (model design, DAX) and/or in STATA / SPSS (or other statistical analysis software) — a decisive advantage.
  • Proven experience designing XLSForm forms and using platforms such as KoboToolbox or NRC Collect.
  • In-depth knowledge of the socio-cultural context of the DRC.
