Key responsibilities & impact

  • Assist callers by answering questions, processing transactions, or helping them complete transactions on a range of topics.
  • Manage calls with discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Stay up to date with updates and information that will be shared.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
  • Flexibility to accept more or fewer hours based on needs is an asset.
  • Internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and a safe, quiet workspace located in Quebec.
  • Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of English is an asset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent completed.
