Information Representative — Government Services

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide warm, informed, solution-oriented service to citizens seeking telephone assistance.
- Assist callers by answering questions, processing transactions, or helping them complete transactions on a range of topics.
- Manage calls with discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Stay up to date with updates and information that will be shared.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
- Flexibility to accept more or fewer hours based on needs is an asset.
- Internet connection of at least 25 Mbps and a safe, quiet workspace located in Quebec.
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of English is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent completed.
