About the role

  • As a Sales Development Representative, you will undertake the following responsibilities as part of your day-to-day activities:
  • - Researching and identifying potential new clients, industries, and key decision-makers to support pipeline generation.
  • - Proactively reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to schedule discovery calls and meetings.
  • - Supporting the Chief Commercial Officer in their efforts to build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • - Working toward achievable targets for lead generation.
  • - Assisting in the preparation of materials for product demonstrations and client presentations.
  • - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • To be successful for this role, you will ideally meet these requirements:
  • - A keen interest in sales or business development, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • - Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow in a sales career.
  • - Self-motivated, driven, and resilient in the face of challenges.
  • - Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • - *Desirable but not essential*: Alongside fluent English, the ability to speak one or more of our supported languages fluently - German, Mandarin, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese or French.
