About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate the company’s administrative routines, ensuring organization, efficiency and compliance with internal processes.
  • Manage contracts, suppliers and service providers.
  • Monitor and control administrative expenses.
  • Ensure proper management of physical and digital documentation.
  • Coordinate executive schedules, office infrastructure and general administrative requests.
  • Oversee activities performed by the Financial BPO.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Interface with banks for operational requests, negotiations and monitoring of financing.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and the accounting firm.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of information required for accounting and tax closings.
  • Coordinate administrative procurement and contracting of services.
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and the consultancy/provider responsible for HR management.
  • Perform administrative follow-up of contracts and legal documentation.
  • Lead and develop the Administrative Analyst.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
  • Previous experience in administrative and financial coordination.
  • Experience managing suppliers and outsourced partners.
  • Knowledge of financial and administrative routines and management controls.
  • English for interaction and document review.
  • Intermediate/advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
