Support deal creation through top of funnel activities such as identifying prospects, conducting cold outreach, and facilitating inbound leads
Report directly to a Manager within the Commercial NPS Prism team
Research prospective clients and build lead lists with Commercial Directors
Support targeted outreach via email, phone calls, and social media
Monitor inbound leads and coordinate introductory calls
Maintain CRM records (HubSpot)
Assist Commercial Directors through deal lifecycle: schedule next steps, draft follow up emails, create ad hoc collateral
Attend lead generation events and provide on-site sales support
Support sales operations occasionally for post-sales analysis and evolve sales playbook
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated experience engaging prospects through various cold outreach methods
Comfortability with changing strategy and experimenting with new tactics
Familiarity with CRM tools and prospecting tools (such as HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Results oriented and a willingness to learn
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred: 1-2 years of cold outreach or lead generation experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets within the customer experience or SaaS industry
