About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments (versions 2003 to 2025), ensuring service stability, availability and security.
Manage and maintain directory services, including Active Directory, Azure AD and Entra ID.
Implement, administer and optimize Group Policy (GPO), DNS and other Microsoft infrastructure services.
Participate in deployment, migration and transformation projects for corporate environments.
Implement and administer federated authentication solutions using ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services), including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Web Application Proxy (WAP).
Develop advanced automation using PowerShell, creating scripts, modules, functions, logging mechanisms and integrations with REST APIs.
Automate operational processes, resource provisioning and recurring infrastructure tasks.
Administer Microsoft high-availability solutions, including Failover Clustering, Network Load Balancing (NLB), DFS-R and Storage Replica.
Work in hybrid environments, integrating on-premises solutions with Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
Perform advanced troubleshooting on web servers, including IIS, Apache and related technologies.
Monitor infrastructure using tools such as Zabbix to identify and mitigate operational risks.
Produce technical documentation, operational procedures and contingency plans.
Participate in critical incident response, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with national and international teams, using English for meetings, documentation and technical support.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical or university degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks or related fields.
Experience supporting environments in deployment/migration projects.
Advanced experience administering Windows Server (2003 to 2025) and directory services (Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra ID).
Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2003 to 2025), Active Directory, GPO and DNS.
Expertise in ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services), including Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation and Web Application Proxy (WAP) management.
Proven expertise in process automation using PowerShell.
Experience developing advanced scripts (modules, functions, logging).
Experience integrating with REST APIs.
Experience automating operational routines and resource provisioning.
Proficiency with Microsoft high-availability architectures, including Failover Clustering, NLB and data replication (DFS-R, Storage Replica).
Experience with hybrid cloud scenarios and integration with Azure and AWS.
Advanced troubleshooting skills for IIS, Apache and other web server solutions.
Experience with environment monitoring (Zabbix).
Advanced English to work with global teams.
