About the role
- Lead the adoption of nPlan with major infrastructure clients, and expansion within existing client accounts.
- Actively manage change in planning and decision-making processes.
- Help clients use technology to improve forecasting, risk management, and confidence in delivery.
- Work with senior project, planning, and executive stakeholders.
- Ensure clients see real, measurable value from nPlan.
Requirements
- Strong construction credibility, gained through:
- 2+ years in project management, project controls, or construction management, or 3+ years in construction technology
- Hands-on experience leading process change, not just being part of it
- Exposure to technology-led transformation in a project or planning environment
- Confident communicator who can influence and build trust with senior stakeholders
- Highly organised, proactive, and client-focused
