• Understanding customers' needs in Financial Edge NXT, proactively gathering information to learn about their requirements and expectations.
• Configuring the Financial Edge NXT software solution to meet the customer’s requirements.
• Building customized financial reports and making changes to existing financial reports in Financial Edge to better reflect what the Finance team needs.
• Training teams on Financial Edge NXT system configuration, reporting, and required daily processes.
• Setting expectations with the customer as it relates to project scope, timeline, and budget.
• Identifying and presenting Change Orders to the customer when the customer’s requirements and/or budgeted project hours fall outside of the project scope.
• Coordinating data extraction from various databases for importing.
