Performance Media Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in kickoff meetings to align objectives, client context, and history to develop projects that deliver value
- Conduct diagnostics of the client's existing campaigns and creative assets
- Collaborate with the supervisor on media analysis and campaign planning
- Implement media campaigns defined in the plan, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Communicate with the client to clarify questions, deliver presentations, and provide project updates through the channels specified in the contract
- Create creative briefs based on best practices and the client's media strategy
- Monitor performance KPIs and perform optimizations as the project progresses
- Prepare weekly/biweekly/monthly performance reports according to the standard defined by NP specialists
- Participate in weekly/monthly results meetings with the client and supervisor to present reports, goals, and next steps
- Review deliverables with the assistant to prevent submissions that fall outside technical media standards and to ensure they respect the project scope
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficiency with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads
- Experience in digital media with a focus on performance
- Certifications related to lead generation
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Knowledge of Google Workspace tools and Google Analytics
- Enjoy working with numbers and analysis
- Analytical, proactive, and performance-oriented profile
