About the role
- Participate in kickoff meetings to align objectives, client context, and history to develop projects that deliver value
- Conduct diagnostics of the client's existing campaigns and creative assets
- Participate, together with the supervisor, in media analysis and project media planning
- Implement the media campaigns defined in the plan, ensuring deadlines and quality
- Communicate with the client to clarify questions, present updates, and hand off project information through the channels agreed in the contracted scope
- Create creative briefs based on best practices and the client's media strategy
- Monitor performance indicators and perform optimizations as the project progresses
- Prepare weekly/biweekly/monthly performance reports according to the standard defined by NP specialists
- Attend weekly/monthly results meetings with the client and supervisor to present reports, goals, and next steps for the project
- Review deliverables together with the assistant to avoid submissions outside the media technical standards and to ensure compliance with the project scope
Requirements
- Proficiency in Meta and Google Ads platforms
- Experience in digital media with a performance focus
- Experience with lead-generation clients and relevant certifications
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets
- Strong communication skills and client relationship management
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools and Google Analytics
- Enjoy working with numbers and analysis
