About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the technical and functional reference for the AGHUse system
  • Lead system implementations, configuration/parameterization and migrations
  • Conduct training and capacity-building for clinical and administrative users
  • Provide specialized support and monitor the post-implementation (go-live) process
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, ensuring hospital processes adhere to best practices in healthcare management and care delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Hospital Administration or related fields
  • Proven experience with the AGHUse system in public or private hospitals
  • Experience in projects for implementation, configuration/parameterization, migration and support/sustainment of AGHUse
  • Experience conducting training and managing change
  • Knowledge of the following modules: Registration and Organizational Structure, Outpatient and Scheduling, Inpatient/Hospital Admission, Emergency Care, Electronic Prescribing, Nursing, Surgical Center/Operating Room, Pharmacy and Inventory, SUS Billing, Laboratory, Diagnostics, Indicators and Management Reports.
