Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
- Previous experience with personnel department routines
- Knowledge of labor and social security legislation
- Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly and objectively
- Proficiency with payroll systems
- Experience with SCI, Glick, Solides and Tangerino systems
