About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical support to sales team and customers in defined geographies of India.
Conduct research and field trials.
Respond to customer’s technical issues and recommend solutions.
Cooperate with R&D to improve products focusing on customer service, product development and species programs for region.
Partner with Sales team members and distributors to provide technical support in meetings with customers.
Assist in identifying additional sales opportunities.
Recommend products and solutions to meet customer requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations.
Conduct and follow up on market research, field and customer trials.
Document trial outcomes and experimental results.
Develop training materials & train sales team members, distributors and customers on technical concepts & products.
Contribute to update and generate product documentation (data sheet, TRS, product presentation, training material) in coordination with Marketing.
Maintain close relationships across university and research institutes to build technical network to support customers and sales teams.
Coordinate with R&D to provide information and product ideas.
Adhere to the Novus Management System (NMS), Novus Integrity System (NIS) and all policies and procedures related to position assignment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Veterinary or Animal Nutrition
Minimum 5 years of experience in animal nutrition companies /technical services
Strong working knowledge of current dairy market trends and application systems
Strong understanding of animal nutrition, genetics, and farm management practices
Demonstrated technical skills in conducting field trials and assessing outcomes
Fluent in Local Language.
Fluent in English.
