About the role

  • Provide technical support to sales team and customers in defined geohgraphies of PAN India.
  • Conduct research and field trials.
  • Respond to customer’s technical issues and recommend solutions.
  • Cooperate with R&D to improve products focusing on customer service and product development.
  • Support sales outcome in partnership and collaboration with sales team leaders.
  • Responsible for All India Dairy Nutrition Business growth, services, and demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Veterinary Animal Nutrition with Minimum 10+ yrs of experience in animal nutrition role / technical services.
  • Should possess strong working knowledge of current dairy market trends and application systems.
  • Good understanding of animal Health & Nutrition and customer needs in assigned geography.
  • Self motivated , matured, strong collaboration & strategic customer centric approach.
  • Demonstrated technical skills in conducting field trials and assessing outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including effective presentation skills to introduce conceptual products.
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills with rapid apprehension in responding to customer needs & value preposition.
