About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver end-to-end recruitment execution in accordance with the global Talent Acquisition delivery model.
Ensure timely, professional and consistent candidate communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process, in line with candidate experience standards.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment with talent strategies.
Draft, publish and manage job advertisements using global templates, ensuring compliance with job catalogue principles, salary transparency requirements and relevant local regulations.
Collaborate with employer branding activities to enhance recruitment efforts.
Promote diversity, equity and inclusion in recruitment execution and candidate evaluation by consistently applying agreed principles, assessment guidelines and decision criteria.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources related areas.
At least 3-5 years of in-house talent acquisition or recruitment experience within a global organization.
Experience recruiting across operations and R&D for a health care, pharmaceutical or food manufacturing company would be a huge plus.
Experience recruiting across Latin America would be highly beneficial.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Portuguese and English.
