About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver end-to-end recruitment execution in accordance with the global Talent Acquisition delivery model.
  • Ensure timely, professional and consistent candidate communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process, in line with candidate experience standards.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment with talent strategies.
  • Draft, publish and manage job advertisements using global templates, ensuring compliance with job catalogue principles, salary transparency requirements and relevant local regulations.
  • Collaborate with employer branding activities to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Promote diversity, equity and inclusion in recruitment execution and candidate evaluation by consistently applying agreed principles, assessment guidelines and decision criteria.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources related areas.
  • At least 3-5 years of in-house talent acquisition or recruitment experience within a global organization.
  • Experience recruiting across operations and R&D for a health care, pharmaceutical or food manufacturing company would be a huge plus.
  • Experience recruiting across Latin America would be highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
