About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver high‑quality P&O operational services while acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the SEA region
  • Help standardize and continuously improve core HR processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience
  • Standardizing and centralizing core HR operational processes, including Benefits Administration, Work Visa support, Employee Ticketing, and Onboarding
  • Providing accurate, timely, and compliant P&O advice aligned with company policies and local labor legislation
  • Supporting and guiding stakeholders on employee relations matters, including performance management, misconduct, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Coordinating and executing employee lifecycle processes such as promotions, job changes, terminations, and employee data updates
  • Partnering closely with P&O Partners, Recruitment, and business teams across SEA
  • Ensuring high data quality, documentation standards, and local system accuracy, including audits, reporting, and statutory filings
  • Representing the region and contributing to regional and global P&O projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • More than 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar function, with multi‑country scope
  • Hands‑on experience across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, immigration matters, and offboarding
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices across key regions
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy, compliance, and process adherence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and take a proactive, solution‑oriented approach
