Requirements

What you’ll need
  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant scientific discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated leadership of teams, people, or projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Solid understanding of product formulation, manufacturing processes, or intended product use, along with quality and safety requirements
  • Ability to provide consistent guidance in complex or uncertain situations and communicate clearly to support problem resolution
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization
