About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow key accounts across Brazil, ensuring outstanding service and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with technical services and marketing teams to align solutions with customer needs and market trends.
- Achieve assigned business targets for revenue, margin, profit, and cost.
- Drive revenue and margin growth by identifying new opportunities and converting leads into sales.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity, and use insights to refine sales plans.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Agriculture, Biology, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
- Extensive experience in sales management.
- Proven ability to develop key accounts and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, execute commercial strategy, and produce accurate forecasts.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with sales software and CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
