Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in cheese and fresh dairy manufacturing
In-plant dairy production experience (required) with strong knowledge of plant operations
Bachelor’s degree in Dairy Science, Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a similar field
Ability to conduct statistical analysis and translate data into practical process improvements
Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating across teams
