💰 $85,000 - $130,000 per year

About the role

  • Lead high-impact HR initiatives across Novonesis North America
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute strategic HR projects
  • Drive strategic HR projects to ensure successful implementation within established deadlines and budget constraints
  • Analyze complex issues, identifying root causes, and developing effective solutions to improve processes and outcomes
  • Perform audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Conduct workplace investigations related to policy violations or misconduct

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in strategic project management
  • Practical, hands-on experience in system integration projects (Workday experience preferred)
  • Preferred certifications such as HRPM, CAPM, HRIP, SHRM-CP/SCP
